We are pleased to announce that we deployed our latest release on March 14th. This release represents our third official release since going to market in August 2023. Much of this release was about making it easier for people seeking care to create their profile and to book appointments with care providers. Further, clients will also now be able to see whether the care providers in their area have been verified that they are in good standing with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker registry adding another layer of assurance for clients.
Below, we will highlight our latest features in this release that we hope you will find useful, whether as a client or a provider.
- Improvements to the client profile creation experience – In addition to being simplified, clients can now complete their profile on the home page. Don’t want to finish your profile on the home page and just want to find a care provider? No problem, we’ll collect the necessary information during the booking process!
Client Personalization – At Gravitii, we aim to be more inclusive of caregivers in the care experience. That’s why, we personalized the platform experience for whoever is creating the client account.
Multiple bookings made easier – Thanks to a helpful client who provided us with this feedback, we’ve now made it easier for clients to book multiple appointments with the same provider.
- First-time only Phone Consultation Service – Want to talk with a provider first before booking their paid services? No problem! We’ve added a free (first booking only) 30-minute phone consultation service to every provider so that clients and providers have a chance to get to know each other, adding another layer of assurance for both parties.
- Confirmation Letter Verification – Ensuring safety for all is our top priority, that’s why we’ve added another layer of assurance for clients looking to book with a provider. Now, clients can see whether a provider has been verified that they are in good standing with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker registry. Just look for the verification symbol next to the provider’s name!
- Advancements to the Algorithm – At Gravitii, we’re always looking to improve the client and provider’s care experience. So, we’ve added new criteria into our algorithm to better match clients with patients. The better the match, the more likely clients and providers will develop a long-lasting care relationship.
- Enhanced Notifications and Reminders – We’ve added some great new notifications for both clients and providers to keep them informed about their booking requests. This includes auto-cancellation notifications for pending bookings that have been unconfirmed by providers, new provider notifications, as well as reminders to providers for unconfirmed and incomplete bookings.
What’s Next?
Our mission at Gravitii is to aim to improve clients’ and providers’ care experience by finding solutions through our technology. Here is what you can expect in future releases:
- Background check software integration – In addition to being verified as a Health Care Aide, providers will have the option to have a criminal record check, identity verification check, soft check, and a driver’s abstract check completed. This will help build more assurance with clients looking for care.
- Social Ratings and Reviews – Clients and providers will be able to rate and review each other to help inform others of their experience. This will help both make more informed decisions about whether to initiate a care relationship.
- Concierge Role – In collaboration with non-profit seniors’ organizations, retirement resorts and residences, we will be building out a third-party role to help more vulnerable clients find the care they need.
- Reports – We all pay taxes, so it only makes sense to have reports for both clients and providers to download and print off for their tax filings.
Plus, so much more…stay tuned!
